Our website has a
lot of photos of our Bengal Cats & Kittens, past and present. So
sit back and enjoy!
We are
a small in home cattery located in
Brevard County, Florida.
Here at Poolside we breed Bengal cats and kittens as a hobby.
We enjoy the stunning look of the Bengal cat, the amazing smarts
this breed has to offer, and we love creating the most loving
kitties you could imagine.
Not only are they outstanding
looking, but the best friend you could ask for! In our site you will
see photos of all the different colors and patterns of the Bengal
cats we work with. Brown Bengal cats, both rosettes and marbles. Silver Bengal cats, dark and light
silver backgrounds,
spotted, rosettes, and marbles. We now have added Snow Bengal cats
to our program. Which is your favorite color?

Which pattern? Marble, Spot or Rosette?
The Bengal cat is a wonderful breed combining a bit of the wild from the Asian Leopard Cat and the domestic house cat. The Bengal cat is a beautiful exotic creature with a domestic house cat temperament and with a downy soft coat. (Some have called Bengal cats the allergy free cat...see our letters or kitten page for more info)
All of our (F5 and later) Bengal cats and kittens are socialized with family, friends, our cats and visiting dog.
Bengal cats are as
much fun as a dog. They come when you call them.
Some
Bengal cats can be trained to wear a harness and walk on a leash.
They'll play fetch with you -- some of our
Bengal cats will play fetch 24-7 if we let them. (no kidding!) This
breed is so smart...as long as you keep up with the training, you
will be amazed. One of our Bengal Parents has taught their Bengal
boys to use the toilet. No more litter for them! (seriously!)
We're going to give it a try!
We treat our Bengal cats like the family pets they are. Yes we spoil them rotten! Yes we talk to them and they talk back. These cats greet us at the door...chattering telling us all about their day. Most of our Bengal kitties know what "Din Din Time" is and "Who wants treats?", "get the ball".
Our Bengal breeder cats are all SBT (Standard Book Tabby) meaning they are at least 4 generations removed from their ancestors, the Asian Leopard Cat. All of our cats and kitten are TICA registered. Our Bengal cats and kittens are as pure as can be. Wild looking, domestic and loving at heart!
If you are looking for the most stunning, loving, and incredibly soft kitty, then our Bengal kitties are for you. Just keep in mind...once you go Bengal, you won't go back!
This breed of domestic cat is so
smart...they love water...they are the
best companions you could ask for.
This breed is so addicting, you
will want a couple, if not a few. See our kitten page for
available kittens, or check out our adult page to see if we have something
you are
looking for. Do stop by our letters page and see what others
have to say about the Bengal kitties they have added to their
family. On the letter page you will find stories from some of
our Bengal parents. Most of our pet families have more than
one of our Bengal kitties in their family.
Our Bengal kittens and cats will come with health records and age contract. Our kitties will get a wellness check up from a vet before leaving for their new home. We give health guarantees.
Bengal cats get along with dogs too! Below you see Mickey (Bengal) with Holly, and Nikki with Bindi (Bengal).

About our Cattery...
We raise our cats and kittens in home...we don't have an outside building for our breeding stock or kittens. Most of our breeding cats lounge around the pool. They live the Florida lifestyle....Yes- they are on vacation all the time... :-)

Outside poopy house for the girls....
About our Kings...
We keep our kings in pens, the size of the pens vary, they are 10 feet high x 8 to 10 feet long. Each pen has a shelf making the pens two story. They love to hang out on the top looking down on all the girls...just like hanging out in trees. The pens are large enough for fun when they have girlfriends. Each pen has running water, a large litter box. Each litter box has the kings name on the box so when they are washed cleaned they go back into the correct pen. Just another sanitary measure.
About our Queens...
Our Queens for the most part get to lounge around the screened in pool area, unless they join a boyfriend in his private pen. WHen the queens begin to show a babies in the belly, we move them inside, they roam free in the house until they are about to give birth. They hang out in our TV, computer or family room.
About our Kittens...
About one week before the mom's are to deliver they move into their 7 foot cage we have in our main rooms. We feel it is better to have the kittens born in a super large cage instead of under a bed, or on the sofa. This way we don't need to seek out the babies. The birthing cages are large enough to house our "large" size litter box, a tent, birthing bed, a shelf so mom can get away and still look down on babies, even a small scratching post. Each cage has curtains around them so to give mom and babies some privacy, which will keep drafts away from babies too.
