Welcome to Letters Page!
This
page is dedicated to all the parents of our kitties...I figured if they
took the time to share their stories and photos with us we would share
them with you. Enjoy!

He is
doing very well. Much quieter here at home. He hissed a few times at
the Biewers but they just ignored that and kept sniffing him so he
decided oh well and began to cruise around the house. He used his
litter box and ate dinner and now is curled up in a quiet spot. I think
today wore him out.. Everyone is in bed now so maybe he can explore in
peace!! Hope to do pictures this weekend and send to you!! Thank you..
Sandi

Name change....
Yes this name is it! He needed regal and this is also from my favorite
movie Lord of the Rings. The name means ascending or climbing which
seemed perfect for him.. He finally crawled into bed with us about 5
am! I think he is starting to relax and ate some can food for
breakfast. His coat feels like velvet!! I want to put a sweater on him
because everyone else has a coat on. LOL! But he still isn't happy
about the Biewers!! He hisses, they bark, then he purrs.. They will
adjust I'm sure.

Hi
Lori, I know its only been 2 days…but I just had to tell you that
Kimchee is my new pride and joy and I love him so much I could just cry
when I look at him.
He did great in the car. He doesn’t like being caged up, because he’d
rather be petted. We got him home and he sniffed everything out, and
obviously he was looking for my other cat once he caught his scent.
They are curious about each other but they are both patiently waiting
for what they know is coming. He explored but all the while he was
rubbing up against us and trying to get petted. He purrs CONSTANTLY!!!
He is so loving! Its insane! He slept curled up right with me last
night, on me pretty much, and we’ve taken naps together that way too
both days he’s been with us. He just loves being around us and on top
of us, and he loves being petted more than anything else! Of course he
has tons of energy too when its playtime and he loves his toys and
loves the kitchen faucet. I know its only been 2 days and things are
going to change, but I just wanted to let you know that its going so
well and we are fully in love. Ha-ha. He is the sweetest and prettiest
little thing alive. He’s met some of our friends too and greeted them
with the same loving kisses and nudges. Can’t wait to see what each day
with him will bring.
Thank you so much for working with us and everything you did to help!!!
The whole thing is priceless to me and I appreciate how patient you
were with us. He is going to the vet later this week and then meeting
his brother after. Just wanted to update you and thank you. J

Lori ~
Here are some pictures of Kimchee...my favorite one is from this
morning, sitting on his window perch watching the sunrise. He looooves
that window perch! The only thing i dont like about it is that its in
the bedroom, and there have been night where he'd rather sleep on that
than with me :( But he looves to get petted on there and he purrs like
crazy! Bengals make a funny noise when they drink water...hahaha it
cracks me up! i never knew they did that.

Hi
Lori,
We can't believe what a loving cat Rocky is. He loves our attention and
does not shy away from contact with his new Dad at all.
Purring and head rolling belly rubbing you name it. He is in the guest
bedroom and we are constantly going in to love him up.
There was some barking and hissing when we carried him in but Harley
and Misty seem to be accepting that there is a new family member.
We will go slow and easy with the introduction.
So far so good.
Regards,
Jerry & Joy

Hi
Lori,
Just an update on Rocky. He's doing great and loving his new forever
home.
Harley and Rocky are getting along great. Still trying to get a picture
of the two of them together. Maybe this weekend.
Misty is still hissing away but Rocky is pretty much ignoring the
hissing and not showing the timidness he had with the two kittens when
she does hiss. Funny she hisses away but is constantly checking out
what he is doing and watching him all the time.
Rocky is now a hockey fan like me since he lay with me in the recliner
for about an hour while I watched the game last night untill he got up
and spent some time with Joy before curling up on the couch for some
more shut eye. Not on my lap exactly but snuggled right next to me. Any
bonding concerns I had are totally gone. He shows affection constantly.
Definitely nocturnal at this point. Maybe we can eventually get him on
our schedule and sleep at night instead of the daytime...we shall see.
Talk to you soon.
Regards,
Jerry

Hi Lori
We made it to New Jersey, drove from 4am to 9:30 pm.
Taking Stella to the Vet’s Tuesday afternoon to be tested for “FIP”,
The result will take a week.
For 2 hours Sebastian howled in his cage. I removed him
from it, and he slept on my lap or
the middle counsel. He is really a loveable kitten. But one
think at night he
Loves to bit your toes. He bits hard.
Noticed that is stool was a little soft, gave him more of fur ball food
on top of his food and
today it was much better.
I’m glad he is with me and lives to an old age.
Thanks for everything Carol & Judy

Hey
Lori,
Sascha is still warming up a little more each day. Slower than I
expected, but I'm just letting her do it all in her own time. She
will now come to me, still not crazy about me picking her up, but will
allow me to pet her for a second when she does.
They play well together. Mostly rough housing. They chase
each other and roll around on the ground play fighting. I was
sort of surprised that she's usually the aggressor in these
cases. They have a couple of favorite toys now. Both are
dog toys, but they go crazy with them giving them the devil and
bunny-kicking to show them who's boss- LOL Bought one of the
feathers on a stick and one will play with one end while the other
grabs the other end and totes it through the house - this way they both
get to play at the same time (I supervise of course) It's hilarious
though.
Saban will now take a nap with me on the couch, but only behind my
knees or at my feet. Sascha comes in there with us, but curls up in my
daughters upholstered 'Princess' chair. She taunts Saban if he
dares get up there in it and curls up. I think she has claimed it for
her own.
Saban still watches out for her though. If she goes and hides
somewhere he will go and check on her often or he'll go sit somewhere
nearby to keep her safe (Awwww).
Saban is soooo nosy!!!! He's into EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING
belongs to him and is his toy. He came through the house last night
carrying my chap stick in his mouth (off my nightstand) - It was a
funny sight though. Can't leave ANYTHING out anymore. Reggie
emptied his pockets on the kitchen bar when he came in from work and
the next thing I know Saban's up there batting the coins off into the
floor. Before I could get to him, he had a nickle in his mouth and took
off running with it - GOOD GRIEF!!!! I chased him down to get it
to make sure he didn't accidentally swallow it. He's worse than my 3
year old was when she was younger.
Reggie has now learned (though he still forgets from time to time) that
he has to keep the toilet lid down or the door closed. If not,
you'll come through the house to a trail of wet kitty paw prints where
Saban has been splashing and playing in the toilet water.
LOL!!! I went in there the other night and the seat, walls, floor
etc. was all wet where he'd been splashing and having himself a good
ole time. These guys are toooo much fun!!!! Every day's a
new learning experience with them. I've had cats ALL my life, but
never like these guys.
'till later................MS
Too cute!
One more Saban story before bed.... I really have to watch him
closely if I leave my drink alone for even a second. I came in
the living room last night and found him digging the ice cubes out of
my glass of water to play with on the coffee table (he made a mess, of
course). I also catch him from time to time with his head down in
my glass trying to sneak a sip (I love kitty sugar on hands and cheeks,
but kitty backwash just sounds nasty!) A few minutes ago, I had a
glass of grapefruit juice sitting on the table and walked away for a
sec. I came back and he had an awful face and was shaking his
head and sort of bucking around a bit etc. My guess is he took
himself a nip of my grapefruit juice and found it to be a bit more sour
than his liking =-) hee hee hee - silly kitty, not everything belongs
to you - LOL

Hello Lori,
Ricky is still a well-behaved cat. Very playful, inquisitive, and
affectionate. He has a favorite spot on the couch when I let him
into the house during the evenings. He sleeps most nights on my
bed and will even poke around under the covers, but not to sleep, just
to explore. He's never broken the skin with any biting, so I
think his aggression issues are gone. Overall, he's well-behaved
and has a set schedule that he follows, which animals enjoy.
Thank you again for a good cat!
Matt Scripter

Good
Morning Lori, I hope you got the well needed rest that you
deserve. I
myself got about 4 hours. The kids (Bella & George) are doing
fine. They have
eaten, drank, played, slept and used the litter box. All is well.
They first went under the bed and with a little playing they came
out. Bella,
was funny, she would play with the feather stick with Tom, then gripped
it with
her mouth and brought it under the bed with the other toys Tom and I
gave her.
Lots of laughs there. George investigated every inch of my
bedroom and
bathroom. He reminded me of a soldier on guard duty. He was
the first to eat,
use the litter box and played. Brave little guy. Bella is a
talker. At first,
I though she was crying. Nope! I listen closely and found
to my delight, she
was communicating with me. Real cute, except when its
6:15am. A little bit
later than my Sadie, who wakes me up around 4:30 to 6:00am.
The most they were alone in our bedroom was 2 hours. The rest of
the time,
either Tom, me or both of us were in the bedroom playing, watching TV
or
watching their every move.
Tom will be sleeping in the living room to keep our cats company and I
will be
with our new babies in our bedroom.
Late last night, we bonded. I picked them both up and cuddled and
loved and
kissed. They ate it up. So when they came to bed with me
(one at a time) they
gave me their submitted love roll which came with purrs. I was
loved and
kneaded.
As
for my son Tom, he guessed we got two. He knew if Tom got one, I
would too.
I guess he knows his Mommy. ha! (Remember, you still can't say
anything. ha!).
When he saw them, he fell in love. I strongly believe he fell in
love before he
saw them. He is our God Father to these cats. If anything
should happen to us,
Tom will step in and take very, very good care of them. He knows
a lot about
these cats. He told me they don't meow, they talk to you. I
guess that meow
George did in the car, coming home, was a foul mouth talking. ha!
Well he was
right. Bella proved that. When I pointed out George to him,
he said "George of
the Jungle". Thats when George did a little slip on my dresser.
We all laugh.
(If you remembered the movie, "George of the Jungle" was a clucks.)
All in all, they are just fine. Even my cats, don't care if they
are in their
Mommy & Daddy's room.
When they get real use to their quarters, I will open the cat door to
the pool
side. Just before the real introduction to the clan, I will bring
in Sadie to
check out the new babies. I know for sure, she will claim them as
her own.
With her scent on them, they should be ok with the rest of the
household.
Thanks again for all the info and care you gave these two. It
sure shows they
came from a loving home. Rest a sure, Tom and I will continue the
loving
process.
Have a Wonderful day,
Fran

Lori,
The photos you send was sooo tempting, but Tom and I talked about it
and as much
we love to take in another kitty, we can't.
But I must say, I enjoy talking with you. You are not only a
wonderful breeder,
but a wonderful person. Thanks so much for being there for me and
if ever you
need my help, please do not hesitate to call me. I mean this from
the bottom of
my heart.
As you can see, I enclosed an up date photo of George.
Handsome Devil.....

Lori, Sorry it has taken me so long to reply but we are just getting
back to
normal life here. Morgan, now Logan was an awesome
surprise! Brooke absolutely
loves him! He does let her hold him and plays with all the toys
Santa brought.
It is truely amazing how well adjusted he is. Today we got him
some snacks and
I think Brooke would give him the whole bag if I didn't watch. He
even sleeps
under the covers with her! Thank you so much, we are all very
happy to have him
with us and look forward everyday to the new things we do together.
Janine

Buzz
(Silver) & Woody (Brown)
Well.......................................LOL,
Hi Lori we could not have asked for any better addition to the family.
Buzz wants a lot of love and gives it back. He has made himself comfy
in our house and jumps up on our bed to sleep on our legs at night.
Sasha still needs more time to accept him but she only growls at him
sometimes. He does make a mess with a litter box tho :-) The Ritters.

Hi Lori, Just taking a break from the Superbowl. We are watching it on
DVR. OMG don't know what to say about Woody. He is perfect temperament,
so loving and can be held. Could not have wished for a better cat. Buzz
acted much differently than we thought. He turned into Sasha. Same
growls under his breath and all. As the day went on he got less and by
tonight they would sit on the same platfor on the cat tree. Sasha
didn't growl at either Buzz or Woody but kept her distance. Think Buzz
and Woody will become best friends.

Jerzee Girl, Stubby &
Ty Catington

Adults placed in fantastic home!
August 21, 2009
Lori, thanks for delivering the trio to us safe and sound yesterday
afternoon. We also appreciated the extra goodies that you brought
and the invaluable advice and information.
I am a bit concerned about Ty, because his loose stools are now a pale
beige, grayish color. However, he did eat all three sections of
the wet food, and the other cats didn’t have any. Have you seen a
stool this color before in any of your cats? Should I be
worried?
This morning, the trio is bonding with me really well. I was
surprised that Stubby got on my lap for a short while. He purred
loudly when I petted him. In fact, he’s purred the loudest of
all. Ty also got up on my lap for about 10 to 15 minutes.
But Jerzee Girl was the first to climb on my lap.
Jerzee Girl wants to come indoors desperately. She came in for
about 5 minutes last night, and then didn’t want to go back
outside. I worried that if she didn’t return to the screened area
that Stubby would miss her and become distressed.
Interestingly, both Stubby and Jerzee Girl come to the sliding door and
cry loudly when I go inside. They both seem to want to be with
me, and I am thrilled about that.
We haven’t introduced our original four cats to the trio yet, but they
are watching one another closely through the glass. Our big timid
gray cat, however, panicks when I open the door to go in and out.
He runs away and hides.
Thanks,
Deanna

Ty is doing great!!!!
Hi Lori,
Ty is doing wonderfully, and we’re not seeing the pale stools any
more.
Ty is coming inside the house now. He came upstairs this morning
and explored every room and nook and cranny. He sniffed
everything like a hound dog. Ty is so adorable and
affectionate. He nose kisses us, and also allows me to place my
cheek against his head. He purrs when we snuggle.
Also, Ty was introduced very successfully to our two male cats.
The big gray one, Smokey, shared the wing back chair in the living room
with him. And Biff—the black & white cat you met---seems
fascinated by Ty. He follows him around the house, and they rub
noses periodically. No arguments so far. Not even a hiss
yet, which is totally astounding!
Jerzee Girl is still a bit skittish, but she permits us to pet her and
she gets on our laps for short spells.
Stubby continues to like Daniel best. He loves it when Daniel
comes out by the pool after dark. He lets Daniel pet him
endlessly while purring loudly.
We are now keeping the small window in the kitchen open, and Ty is
already using it to go in and out of the house. Jerzee is
reluctant to use the open window, but she is willing to come inside if
we open the sliding door. She’s just not comfortable with the
idea of that little open window yet, but we’ve noticed that she watches
Ty do it.
Not surprisingly, Stubby doesn’t want any part of coming inside the
house. Daniel showed him where the little open window is, and
Stubby just kind of looked at it and then walked around the pool.
Ty seems to have the biggest appetite with Stubby running a close
second. Jerzee Girl doesn’t seem to eat much, although I’ve
watched her put one nugget at a time of the Iams in her mouth.
Jerzee Girl loves that rug you left with us. She gets underneath
it and sleeps, but when we come outside, she scoots out to greet us.
The big test will be Nala, our one-eared alpha girl cat. However,
so far, she just sits on the sidelines and observes. Nala hasn’t
pulled one of her hissy fits yet.
Lori, here’s a quick update on Jerzee Girl: She is now coming in
and out of the house through the open kitchen window. After she
watched Ty do it numerous times today, she decided it might be a good
thing after all.
Having a great time with the trio,
Deanna

Hi Lori, the trio is doing great, and they’ve adjusted amazingly well
to their new and forever home. Jerzee Girl has become just about
a full-time indoor cat, and Ty and Stubby are on their way to do the
same. Ty is being spoiled rotten by Daniel. When he channel
surfs between the various news shows in the evenings, Ty sits right
beside him on the family room sofa, grabbing morsels of food from his
dinner plate.
Stubby climbs right through that kitchen window just like the other six
cats! He loves to be petted and stroked, and he adores
Daniel. He also likes me---he lets me pick him up and kiss and
snuggle with him now. He is so sweet!
Jerzee Girl caused a near nervous breakdown with us on Sunday. We
couldn’t find her anywhere in the house or on the screened lanai.
We absolutely panicked, and Daniel even walked all around the yard and
the perimeter of the house to search for her, although we knew there
was no way she could have gotten outdoors. Long story
short: Jerzee suddenly sprinted down the stairs and into the
living room, so apparently she’d been snoozing in one of the closets
upstairs. We have noticed her strolling out of the master bedroom
closet this week, so now we’ve calmed down and accepted that she is
going to be a maverick and hide when we call her. She’s a deal
and a half!
We crack up when we watch Jerzee Girl walk, as she really struts her
stuff. Tail up in the air and prancing. She knows she’s
adorable. Jerzee definitely has her own agenda and a mind of her
own.
We love the trio! Oh yeah, our other four cats have totally
accepted the trio, and vice versa. Ty and Roxanne eat from the
same dish and drink from the same bowl, and yesterday they were
sleeping side-by-side on the family room couch.
Our big timid male gray cat has formed bonds with Stubby and Ty.
They sort of rub noses and then they nap together. Stubby really
seems taken with Smokey. It’s really cute.
Time for me to shower and get ready to visit my hospice patient.
Hope all is well with you and your Bengals,
Deanna

Update on my new best friend......
Hi Lori…..
Just wanted to give you an update on the baby girl.
She spent her first many hours hiding under my bed. If I would go to
one side, she would go to the other.
She’s now my snuggle bug! I have a fake fur blanket that she
loves. She feels safe next to me laying in the bed. By the way….I
haven’t done my laundry like I thought I was going to do. She has
sleepy energy and that’s all we’ve been doing. I love it. She is
smiling laying next to me. What a cutie. My husband forgot to close the
potty lid and she found a fun place to play. She had water all over the
seat cover. It gave me a chuckle. She’s been using her litter boxes and
eating and drinking well. Her spay swelling has gone all the way down!
Only a little tiny bump from the incision.
I’ll keep you posted….I love her!
Now back to my snuggle time!

Hello Lori,
Here's a few pics of Zeus; he well adjusted to his new home and we love
having him in (as part of) our family. He follows Nathan around and
sleeps with us. Most of the time, the loving is on his terns. We are
trying to get a pic of him walking across the first wall of our
negative edge pool, it looks like he is walking on water when he does
this.

Hi
Lori,
I wanted to send some photos of Marley...

Hi Lori,
Billy Joel and Patricia are doing good. It seems the more comfortable
they get the faster they are.
They like playing in the window. They can usually be found sleeping on
Cheyenne's bed.
We kept finding the water bowl spilled then I remembered reading they
like to play in water.
We are going to have to find a tighter fitting one.
We like taking photos of them. Patricia is still a little shy and takes
a little longer to greet you
Billy Joel greets everyone and looks for them. They both love the cube
to play in it's always flipped upside down.
When it warms up I am sure they will spend a lot of time in the sunroom
watching birds and squirrels. Hope all is well.
Brenda
Hi
Lori,
The girls sleep, eat and play together --- Just like I hoped for.

Hey Lori!
Sorry I never got around to calling you yesterday, we were thinking of
Eva all day long.
How did she do?? Luna is doing awesome. She is quite possibly the
sweetest, happiest cat EVER.
Get this...she LOVES the kids (a little surprised at how quickly she is
warming up to them), and of course they love her back ten fold : )
She loves to play w/them and is fairly affectionate w/them and my
husband but definitely associates me as "mom".
Good thing I'm used to it!! She sleeps w/me every night and follows me
around like just like my shadow.
It's funny, if I sit down (god forbid) and pick up the remote control,
she nudges my hand like "hey, put that down!",
and she sits on my lap while I fold my laundry. We absolutely adore her
and can't wait for her sis.
Let me know how she is doing and I'll be in touch...

Hey all! Here a couple of pics of our new kitties....
"Luna" ( the greyish one) and "Kimba" (cheetah like color).
We are SO in love w/these babies...so playful and lovable : )
___________________________________________________________________________________
1-27-09
The girls are adjusting wonderfully to one another and to the family.
They are HILARIOUS when they stalk each other out and play fight, it's
been quite the entertainment around here.
We can't believe how high they can jump when playing!!
Luna is still "my girl"- following me around everywhere and sleeping at
my feet every night.
Kimba is loving too, but a different personality.
She finds one of the kids rooms to sleep in at night,
I guess she's still figuring out where she likes it best : ) We love
them both so much!
Julie

SO SWEET. My Aunt and Uncle (huge cat lovers) came over to meet the
girls last night and fell in love.
They couldn't believe how soft they were : )
I'm so glad that we got two, they seem to be able to act more like
"cats" when they have one another.
Luna is still the more docile of the two, and we are convinced that
Kimba herself is truly convinced that she is a leopard.
The kids come into the room and will be like, "Where's "Jungle Cat"??"
aka, Kimba.
She gets SO low to the ground when she's stalking, her eyes get huge
and intense, and she shakes she's so into it.
Luna just looks at her like "you're such a freak..."
I will try to take more pics soon (we've been making home videos of
them too!).
They are really filling out and growing quickly - I think Luna is going
to be a pretty good size.
Have a great day and Thanks a bunch for sharing the pics of Momma!
Julie

The girls are SO GOOD!! We all just totally adore both of them. So
funny, they are virtually inseparable
They clean each other, sleep together, wait for one another while they
are using the potty....yeah, everything.
Luna is fairly calm and very sweet although she still pretty much
prefers me as one to really love on her.
We told the kids that under any of the beds is the cats' "base" (like
in tag!) and that they weren't allowed to mess w/them.
The kids are old enough that they are never naughty w/them or anything
- they just want to be around the girls ALWAYS, and as you know,
kitties have little minds of their own. Kimba is so cute, easier
"spooked" but yet easier for everyone to cuddle with?? It's weird, she
runs initially when anyone, even I, walk into a room (like she's never
seen me before ) but immediately comes back out and becomes super
affectionate. Kimba lets the kids hold her, kiss her, and she'll lay on
their laps and stuff. Luna will allow them to pick her up, very briefly
- and then she's done.
She just lets out a pathetic little "meow" to let them know to put her
down, and then they do.
When everyone see's Luna, Kirk tells them "that's Julie's cat..." - my
babies
We went to dinner at my sisters last night and after a while, I start
getting anxious to get back to my girls!
Kirk's as bad as me - sometimes they decide that bed time for the
humans is going to
playtime for them (they can't "fight" on the floor either, it has to be
on our bed, on top of me...)
so I put them out and shut the door - Kirk throws a fit. "Oh Julie!!
that's not nice - they just want to be with you..." Oh brother.
So anyway, they are getting bigger. They are both great eaters, great
energy, super w/the litter box, VERY playful, etc.
Awesome kitties Lori.
I'm going to call my mom and dad today and let them know about
the Brown Spotty potential - I told Kirk and he goes " Oh! I loved that
cat!!..."
I told him not to get any bright ideas - two is plenty!!
Also, the girls let me bathe them, clip their nails, and clean their
ears - SO GOOD!!
ttys...

Hi Lori!!
Hope you and all your furry friends are doing well.
We just couldn't love our two additions to the family any more than we
do.
Luna and Kimba continue to bring us all endless amounts of love and
entertainment and I thought I'd thought pass on a couple of pics.
They are the prettiest kitties ever and are SO SWEET : )
"Christmas-aka
Bella,
Eve
and
Chatty
Cat"
12-2008
Gavin and Yvette decided to get a silver Bengal kitty for their
daughter for Christmas. Gavin came over with his son... Christopher
fell in love with Christmas' silver sister. Two days later, Gavin
emailed me asking about getting Eve for a Christmas surprise for his
son. Gavin's wife was in Iraq while all of this was happening. I sent
her photos of the two silver Bengal girls. The week before Christmas
Yvette came home for Christmas. They both came over to see how big the
girls were getting. Well, Yvette fell in love with Chatty Cat, the
remaining sister. Gavin and his wife came over Christmas eve to pick up
the girls and the kitten starter package. Gavin took me aside and said
he will be back in 2 days to get Chatty for his wife as a going away
present to her before she goes back to Iraq. Gavin and the kids came
over to get Chatty instead of going to get a movie...I think Yvette was
one happy lady...she now has her own Bengal girl.
Below is a photo Gavin sent me of the Bengal girls on their cat condo.
This photo show that our Bengal kitties love their Cat condos!
Naptime!

The girls are great, Chatty is the naughtiest. She gets into
everything. But, you gotta love her. Eve is getting big. Bella,
is the charmer . She definitely will let you know when she wants some
attention. I'll send more pics as I take them. By the way, I like the
look to the site now. Talk to you soon!
"Zan"
July 2008-
Good morning Lori,
Hi Lori,
As promised, here are a few pictures of Zan. I will send you more
as I get them!
I would like to thank you for doing such an amazing job! I took
him to the vet for his check-up, and they absolutely loved him!
They had a hard time hearing his heartbeat because he was purring so
loudly! They were very smitten with him. Zan is such an
affectionate cat. He sleeps snuggled up with us at night, and is
such a lap cat during the day. He is still a little unsure of the
kids, but is very patient with them and loves their attention. He
loves to play in the water, and comes running to the kitchen and jumps
in the sink every time he hears me turn the water on!
Having
two
older
cats
made
me forget how curious and mischievous kittens
are! He is such a great reminder :o) He is a wonderful
addition to our family.
I will continue to keep you updated on him.
Jennifer
August 2008-
Hi Lori!
I saw that you updated your kittens page to say that Silver Boy 2 is
coming home to be with Zan!
I love it!
I got excited all over again!! It even got Josh excited!
Jen
Lori-
Here are a couple of new pictures of Zan. I told him the good
news about getting a playmate, and he's very excited! We all
are. Josh was showing your website to a friend of ours last night
and telling him all about our new kitten (Max, Brodie, No Name?).
Michaela has been asking me every day when we are getting him.
Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job with them!!
Jen

"Shyla"
Lori-I
just
got
back
from
the vet with Shyla and they loved her. She got
her rabies shot, and they did a physical exam. She looks really
good, and is using her litterbox just fine. I scheduled her spay
for the end of August, I think the 29th.
She loves her toys, and is using her cat house that I got her.
She is also eating a bunch and loves to play in her water. She is
adjusting quite nicely I must say. The first day she was very
quiet and just sat on the bed wanting us to pet her, now she is jumping
all around and playing like a nut! She is very curious.
Here are a couple pictures so you can see her.
Thanks again.
Laura
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Lori- Shyla is totally comfortable in the house now, she knows where
all three litter boxes are and she is using them. She also
has started sleeping in the cat tree with Gus during the day.
They adore each other! They sit in front of the sliding glass
doors in the sun in the afternoon and lick each other. I was
actually surprised when we finally introduced them, they were really
friendly with each other right away and Gus was SO totally enraptured
by her. He just can't seem to keep his little nose away from her,
he is always sniffing her and calling for her when she leaves the
room. I have never heard him make noises like that before.
It is pretty cute. And the best thing.... Dyna is finally getting
a break from Gus jumping on her all the time! Now that he has
Shyla to play with, Dyna is finally getting some peace and quiet.
She loves the cats, but I think Gus was wearing her out with his
constant playing. Shyla wasn't sure what to think of Dyna at
first, but Dyna is persistent with that nose of hers, and Shyla quickly
realized that she didn't want to hurt her, she just wants to be a good
mommy and make sure the little kitten is okay. So all is well,
they are all getting along fabulously.
I have to tell you, my house looks like a bomb went off and exploded
cat toys everywhere! Not only do I have the ton of toys you sent
home with me, but of course every time we go to the pet store we find
several more that we want. Shyla has a little blue crinkly mouse
that she loves to roll around on the floor with. And we found a
ball covered in some sort of cotton mesh with little strings sticking
out all over it, and it has bells inside that roll around, and they
both love that as well as those little plastic balls with the bells in
them that you gave me. It seems that anything that rolls is a
huge hit. Of course, Gus is quite fond of anything with catnip in
it. But he dropped one of his cat nip toys in the big water bowl
and it looked like we had cat nip tea instead of water! Silly
kitties.
I took some more picture a couple days ago, I wanted to send you one
with them asleep on the cat tree. It is really cute. Best
Friends Forever!
Laura
PS - She is still a total love bug! She purrs and lays on my lap
on the couch all the time! She is the sweetest kitty I have ever
had.
Hi
Lori,
I wanted to send you some new pictures of Shyla. She is really
beautiful! And the sweetest kitty ever. Her and Gus are
best friends!
Laura
"Zeva"
Hi,
As promised some recent pics of Zeva. She has grown so much since
we had her. She is so much to play with and just hang out
with. She loves her toys and she loves to find new things to play
with everyday.
Talk to you soon,
Leslie, Jared and Zeva
PS she is already a Gator fan :)
2-2009
Hi Lori,
I can't believe it but Zeva turned one last week! I just wanted
to send you some pics of the girls. They are doing great and
having so much fun. Zeva is more playful than ever! She
fell in the pool on Super Bowl Sunday, we tried to get a picture of her
but all she wanted to do was be alone :). I think she was a bit
embarrassed since we had company over. Zoey loves running around,
not as much as a lover as Zeva, but when she wants attention she will
let you know. She is our dare devil of the family. They
both love being outside and they hang out the forrest (aka our
garden). Zeva taunts the squirrels and Zoey likes to hang out on
the rocks. We will still need to get some pics of them out
there. I will forward some on once we do! Hope you are
doing well...Zeva and Zoey say hi!
Talk to you soon,
Leslie, Jared, Zeva and Zoey
I was helping Daddy paint the trim...I tried not to get any paint
off the cardboard. I think I did a pretty good job!

I am not too sure if Zeva even knew I was there but
she was keeping me warm so I just let her stay there!

Mommy was trying to get laundry done...I knew it would be fun to
drive her crazy for a bit! Zeva and I took turns on jumping in
and out!
I was thinking about let Zeva have a turn now...just thinking...
it is fun to taunt my big sister!
We were really tired from running around today...it was time
for a nap!
I don't know what I did....Kitty Jail is no fun, but little do Mommy
and Daddy know, I can fit through rails...shh, don't tell them :)!
more nap time...
Boy, was I thirsty today...I love it when they run the water in
tub!
Maybe I will share with my little sister today...she has her own
bowl on the other side! Why does she always have to take food
from me....

I love being outside! I love my big water bowl..
What is going on here...the water is not staying in my bowl....
"Tattoo & Benny"
Dear
Lori
I'm finally getting some pictures of our boys back to you. They have
grown sooo much.
They are both doing well with the toilet training. Some times they
still need to be patient and learn how to share.
As when they were smaller they both would be in the litter box at the
same time.
I can't tell you how happy we are with them. They are the joy of our
life. (After our 4 Granddaughters of course !! )
They do well around the girls but after a while enough is enough and
they go off to hide.
They love their showers with me. I think the warm water is really
soothing to them. And being held of course.
The ladder in the picture is a 5 ft. We were busy putting carpet on top
of our entertainment center so they would have a nap place in the
family room.
To give you an idea of their size the tile on the floor is 20" I
weighted them today Benny is 9 lbs. and Tattoo is 8 lbs. 7 oz.
They just turned 7 months on April 30th.
Take care,
Nick, Paula Benny and Tattoo

"Scarlett"
Dec.
2007
Lori-
We could not be happier with our girl. The car ride home was a
bit of an adventure. She cried about half way, then tired herself
out. Once we got home, the real adventure began. She wasted
no time learning the lay of the land. Her first encounter with
the rabbits was scary on both ends. One of the rabbits was not at
all pleased. The other wasn't happy, but he was willing to give
her a chance. Scarlett wasn't too sure about them, either.
By the time I went to bed, Scarlett was touching noses with one rabbit,
and still freaking out the other one. Gordon ended up sleeping
downstairs on the couch to make sure all parties played nicely
overnight... and ended up sharing the couch with someone.
Sunday was a blur of discovering the townhouse has stairs, the toys
(including her favorite-- a laser pointer that just seems to move a bit
too quickly for her), and that her nap spot is under the master bed
upstairs. I took a nap yesterday afternoon, and had to share the
couch as well. She loves running up and down the stairs... and more so,
she loves to run around in the bedroom. (You'd think we adopted a
herd of elephants!) She is so completely affectionate, I can
barely stand it. :)
Today's her first day alone in the house, so hopefully we won't go home
to too big of a mess. *fingers crossed*
Thanks!
Sarah
Lori-
I apologize for it being so long since I last updated you on how
is
Scarlett is doing. So far we've had a very busy year, so I'm
just
getting around to doing this.
Scarlett is doing wonderfully. She has made herself right at
home.
She still not entirely friendly with the bunnies, but she's
getting
there. She just has to learn that tapping them on the butt it is
not
an acceptable form of playing. She is getting very big.
She
currently weighs in at just under 7 pounds, and she has plenty
more
growing to do. I am attaching a couple of pictures so you can see
how
big she's gotten. I'll update you more in another email, but I
just
have two quick notes.
1) We got her spayed and microchipped today.
2) Gordon and I have been talking about getting Scarlett a
sibling.
We'd want a brown boy. We don't want one right away. We're
probably
going to move in May or June, so we're going to wait until after
that
so it'd be less stressful on him. But we were wondering what
the
charge on him would be. We're just looking for pet quality, so
any
information you could give us would be great.
Thanks so much and I'll send you more on the troublemaker soon!
Sarah
August 2008
Lori,
I was actually just thinking about you the other day, as Scarlett's
first birthday just passed. It seems like just yesterday we got
her, and now she's all grown up... I use that term lightly, as she is
still leaving mass chaos and destruction in her wake. What else
can you expect from a kitten?
We actually had to get rid of the rabbits, as I became incredibly
allergic to them. So she lost her bunny friends, but she still
has a friend to play with. One of our friends' cat had kittens,
so they gave us one. She and Scarlett get along very well.
And it's nice to know that if we don't have the energy to tire her out,
Giselle does. It's actually pretty funny to watch them, as they
have this weird alpha structure. The one in charge changes on a
daily basis. But it keeps things interesting, so we can't
complain.
I am attaching a couple of current photos of her, as you can see how
much she's grown.

Lori,
Everyday Cindy feels more comfortable with me and the rest of the
critter folks. This morning she was under my feet complaining to
me that I was taking too long to prepare her breakfast. All in all
things are working out great. Thanks. Tony

Lori,
Cindy is doing great, has fallen into the routine of our home and
getting along great, especially with my other Bengal. I would
consider
adopting another Bengal from you in the future, please keep me informed
if you have a female, over 2, that you would like to place, please give
me a call

Lori,
"Bella"
 It's 10:18 p.m. and
all is quieting down... whew. It's been an exciting night.
My 3 year old was so happy to see her. Bella is doing well.
Once I started getting Brynn (3 yr. old) ready for bed, I dimmed down
the lights, put on some soundscapes and she is relaxing. She ate
a little which is good. She has been in the house on the
condo. Now she is sleeping... That thing is awesome!!! It
actually is Navy and Gray and matches our living room decor ... it
could not have worked out better! Sebastian is a little
upset. He doesn't really know what to think of all of this
yet. I'm sure that he will be okay. My friends boyfriend
was here when I came home. He has two cats, and loves cats
period. He is going to check on them tomorrow (ya right, he'll
probably end up staying all day), while I go to my clients house for a
few hours. I am so glad we met and just enamored with
Bella. I love her so much already!
Thanks for everything... be looking for pictures Thursday at the
latest!
Christina
Lori,
Madonna is doing so good. She is just a joy to have... My bed is
now her bed... she sleeps with Evan and I every night. She is
Evan's "baby". She loves to sit on my chest first thing in the
morning while I'm walking around
getting everyone up. It's becoming a routine. Bella and
Sebastian are doing better, still a little snippy with her
though. I am keeping a close watch on them... She has the
breakfast routine down (climbing on the counter, etc...) she has not
learned "patience" yet, but I know she will. Amie said that Bella
went into her room and laid with her last night... She got to pet her
and she loved it. We are coming out tomorrow and will be there
till Sunday evening.

Hi there! I have tried to call you a few times but did not get
through. Madonna is doing great! Her and Bella are pals it
seems... I think they all get jealous of each other sometimes... I will
have to get another one to even it out! LOL... Evan would kill
me. I have been having so much fun. She has taken a liking
to Evan... She is daddy's girl. However, he just got transferred
to KY and so she's having to share the love. She likes to sleep
with Amie, and Amie says she can't sleep without her. It's
funny. I have some pictures that I'm sending you. Let me
know what you think. Bella has always liked to eat anything....
Boy you are really being able to tell now!!! Amie said the other
day that she thought Bella was getting fat! LOL... We call her Mrs.
Piggy! She has gotten soooo long. She really has filled
out! Poor Madonna is the petite one. Talk with you soon.
Christina
4-2008
Lori,
Thanks for the email. I was thinking about you the other
day. We just got back from KY Sun. We were gone for about a
week. The kitties did good with the new sitter. She was
great. Madonna is sweet as ever. It seems like they all
missed me cause they have all been following me around the house all
week. Bella even licked my hand! LOL.... I was so happy.
Her and Sebastian are really coming around. I don't think they
would be as loveable if Madonna hadn't come along. I am so
blessed to have them all. People think I'm crazy that I have 3,
but I wouldn't change it for the world. And really they aren't
any trouble, just loads of fun and love. Sebastian is starting to
sleep with me again. That makes me happy, and especially because
Madonna is up there too. Amie and I took a nap today and Madonna
just got right in between us and napped with us too! It was
fun. Bella won't get on the bed but she will stay under it.
Whatever room I'm in they are all in. The sitter said she had fun
playing fetch with Madonna. There is a stuffed rino toy that she
has claimed as hers. She loves it. The sitter said she
would throw it and Madonna would run and grab it then bring it
back. Too cute! Anyway hope all is well with you!

(Savanna and JJ Hornabee kitten)
Lori,
I'm supposed to go grocery shopping but this little fella is so
addicting, I don't want to leave the house!!! I'll keep you posted and
again, thanks so much - we just love him!!!!!!!!!!!!
July 2007
Lori,

The tech at the vet said she has seen a lot of Bengal's but Mickey "by
far has the nicest type and markings she's yet seen". So thanks again.
The vet was very happy with him and really enjoyed him. He was laughing
because Mickey was purring so loud that it was difficult for him to get
Mickey's heart rate!!! The tech said that he actually purred when she
drew blood for the FIV/ FeLV test!!!! They are so happy that I am so
adamantly anti-declaw and are looking forward to seeing him in a few
weeks for his final booster. He will get his chip when he gets
neutered.
Thanks again!!!!

"Bindi and Cosmo"
(Trixibella and Ty Catington kitten)
April 17, 2008
Lori,
Here's my two babies, minding their own business, for once! HA SUE
Lori,
Had a great day, Bindi and Cosmo seem to be fitting in real well here.
They both went out on the porch and had a ball watching the squirrels
and cardinals and even raccoon eating. When they saw the raccoon they
both crouched down real low.ha They are both so comical, we really
enjoy them already! Gretchen is ok with them she just licked Bindi,
Zoey barks at them nonstop, starting to get on my nerves. We let Dusty
out on the porch with them while they were playing. He just was
following them around, he found them very interesting. Helen, growled a
few times but she will be fine in a few days.
The boys were just amazed that we actually brought home two kittens.
They really love them already, Ryan 14 yr old, tucked them in
there kitty bed with a soft baby blanket and they settled right in. I
have them in my bathroom off the bedroom. I'm sure they will be in our
bed once the other animals come to except them. When my 11 yr Sean came
home, he went into the bathroom and they were sitting up on the toilet
seat and he got down on his knees and went to give Bindi a hug and she
laid her head on his shoulder it was soooo cute.
Sue
July 2007
Lori,
My babies are getting bigger, and they are so cute! I will take some
pictures and send them to you I promise. My oldest son gets the biggest
kick out of Bindi, he picks her up and puts her on his shoulder and
carries her around. He laughs as he talks to her, she opens her mouth
and makes this raspy meow. He just loves her so much!
Cosmo he cracks me up he does not want to be held, but yet whenever I
turn around he is right their watching everything I do. He is so cute
also, he just wants affection on his own terms, He likes to lay in my
garden window, and sun himself especially when Im in the kitchen. Hes
always close by to me and I go from room to room. Cosmo just loves my
dachshund dog Gretchen they are always sitting together butt to butt in
my bedroom chair. Bindi and Zoey sit together on the bed its all so
cute. Dusty is pretty much a loaner and sometimes tries to hide from
the kittens because they are so hyper and he is so laid back.Of course
Dusty likes Bindi but only tolerates Cosmo because he is always coming
up to him and he starts licking Dustys ears and pretty soon Cosmo is on
his back and they are wrestling around like crazy. They are so funny, I
got Dusty shaved in the lion cut, not so much fur to vacumn. Zoey
normally has long fur also, I had her shaved also, she looks like a
cute little puppy with black spots on her. Now I dont have to vacumn
every other day, its usually every 3 or 4 days. I love it!
Sue
Hi,
Here they are, not the best pictures, but I wanted you to see how cute
they all were! Isnt that cool of Bindi up there on that rock?
Cosmo crawled up there one time, but by the time I went for the camera
he was already down. not to mention Rick had the camera. But he never
crawled up there again, and he did just fine. My little one Sean, wants
to put the kittens in the pool with him but I keep saying No!!!
They like water but only coming out of the faucet! Or riding on a boogy
board!ha
"Royce"
(Trixibella and Steely Dan kitten)
Lori,
He was very good the whole way home and is sleeping on my lap on the
couch! Wow, he is awesome. Have a good one.

"Monte (Brown) and Bentley (Silver)"
(Monte--Charla and Steely Dan kitten)
---
(Bentley--Trixi and Steely Dan kitten)
Hi!
We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how over the moon we
are with our new kitten. He is settling in really well and everyone
loves him!
He is HILARIOUS!!! I've never seen such an athletic kitten! He will do
back flips for his 'bird'. He's very loving too, he was all over us
last night, kneading and dribbling all over us!
He lets the kids pick him up, and take him to their playroom! he has a
great time attacking the toys! He is right now watching cartoons with
my 5 year old on his lap with a little blanket over him 'so he can be
warm'!!!! LOL!
Anyway. He's doing great, using the litter box like a good boy, and is
being spoiled to death by everyone. He's loving the big house and
exploring every inch!
I've included a picture. Take care and thanks again for the wonderful
addition to our family!
I'm sure we'll be back in the future for a companion!
Danielle
Feb. 2007
Hi Lori
Monte is still a great cat, very gentle and loving. He and my Husband
are best friends (I kid you not) Monte walks round the house making
strange howling noises until he finds Bill. Bentley, on the other hand
only has eyes for me. I should have called him 'Shadow' he follows me
everywhere. Even gets in the shower with me. He's still a naughty
little kleptomaniac, steals the most unusual things. He went fishing
the other day, I was cleaning out the goldfish tank, and had put the
fish in a bowl till I was done. Quick as a flash, Bentley jumped up,
flicked the fish out of the bowl, and ran away with it in his mouth!!!!
I caught him thankfully and the fish survived. Whew. He's like a
naughty little kid. I love him so much though, he sleeps with me
every night, we have LONNNGGG conversations. I've never met such a
talkative cat! He gives us all a running commentary of what he's doing.
And he has to have the last word, always! LOL! He has a funny meow too.
He's long and lanky looking compared to Monte the tank! But a very
beautiful cat. People are always amazed at how pretty they are.
Take care,
Dani
Hi Lori
We took the little guy to the vet yesterday for all of his shots etc.
He was very good. The vet LOVED him!
We got the cats some new toys today, as they keep killing the old ones.
I have to clean up their toys every morning. There's always feathers
everywhere!
OK, here is Bentley with his new 'bird on a stick' He loved it so much
he wouldn't let go LOL!! When my Son finally let him take it, he
carried it off
in his mouth (like a dog with a stick) but it was so long, he kept
getting himself stuck trying to run away with it!! Hilarious.
Anyway,
Here ya go....
Danielle
"Jupiter"
(Charla and Ty Catington kitten)
Greetings Lori!
We've been having so much fun since the new baby got here! From the
minute we opened the kennel door he's been exploring and playing and
loving us up to no end! He's so incredibly sweet and he'll sleep curled
up next to me all night.. I don't think I ever encountered such an
affectionate kitten before!
In fact, he's passed out on my lap as I type this.. He's waaaay too
cute for his own good! And he's using it to his advantage.. His new
sister's warming up to him very fast, and I have a feeling they'll be
playing and napping together in no time.. He's awakened the "inner
kitten" in her and has her playing with toys and running all around..
Thank you so much for having us over the other night! I've never been
to a breeder's before and it was a great initiation! It was wonderful
to meet you and all the kitties.. I could sense a lot of love and care
and it is so nice to meet a person that's so passionate about her pets!
We've already taken lots and lots of pictures of the little guy.. I'll
have to upload them onto a server and send you the link soon.. I think
we've settled on Jupiter for a name because of that red marble fur of
his. :)
Thank you so much for the perfect little kitten! It's been nonstop
smiles and laughter since he got here.. I'm looking forward to years
more.. !
Have a great Thanksgiving Lori!!
